Under normal circumstances: Disconnect all power to the board → Do not connect any storage devices → Press and hold the Maskrom Button → Connect the Type-C cable to both the PC and the board → Release the button → Open RKDevTool v2.96, and see “Found One MASKROM Device” at the bottom.
However, when I connected it and tried to perform an erase operation, an error message suddenly popped up during the percentage completion phase. Before I could read the error message, RKDevTool automatically closed. Now, when I try to enter Maskrom mode using the above method, the device cannot be found and it shows “No Devices Found”.
