When I used the imx415 camera module you provided, I found that the test in the Android environment could not reach 90 frames.
We wrote the application test ourselves. If possible, we can help confirm whether the hardware supports it.
First, you have to modify the register configuration of the kernel’s imx415 driver so that the camera supports 90fps.
Then modify hardware\rockchip\camera\etc\camera\camera3_profiles_rk3588.xml
